Q1: Can we get some samples? Free or any charges ?
A: Yes, you can get a free but similar sample. You only need to pay for transport cost.
If the sample needs to be customized, it should be paid for the sample.
Q2: How can we get a quote ?
A: We will offer you the best quote after we get the product specifications such as
material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
Q3: What format design file you want for printing ?
A: It is best if you can supply your artwork as PDF or AI or PS or CDR format file.
Q4: Do you accept custom order ?
A: Certainly.Any size, color, thickness,material can be customized as your requirements.
We can design for you as specified.
Q5: What about the lead time for the sample and big order?
A: 1-2 work days if we have raw material sample in stock, 3-5 work days for the newly produced sample, 6-15 work days for the big order.
Q6: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time?
A: For small order, by express like DHL,UPS,TNT, FedEx,EMS etc, about 3-7days.
For big order, by air about 7-12 days, by sea about 15-35 days.
Q7: Which port can be choose for delivery?
A: Mainly Guangzhou or Shenzhen , or other domestic place will be fine too.
Q8: What's the trade term and payment term?
A: 100% or 40% of the total value to be paid before producing.
